I attended the coaching sessions in English, which was an excellent opportunity. It was a pleasure to work with Nikolette. Her coaching techniques and personality are very motivating and inspiring. I’ve learnt a lot, how to make my work life and private life more structured and balanced. I also got more perspectives on my career growth. I will definitely use the knowledge I gained for my self development. I sincerely recommend to attend this course.

The sessions with Niki were like phychological discussions – but enjoyable ones. Great trigger questions, big aha! moments on my side. I think they had a great effect on my carreer and self-confidence.
