2.1 Contact
Those interested in the services listed on the website typically fill out the form on the website, or send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address, or initiate the contact in person at the specified telephone number. In doing so, the training institution processes the following personal data:
- name,
- telephone number,
- e-mail address.
The data is managed by the owner of the training website for the purpose of making contact, the legal basis of which is the voluntary consent of the person who initiated the contact, as well as the legitimate interest, i.e. the legitimate interest of both parties to have the appropriate data for establishing and operating the relationship. The telephone number and e-mail address are considered personal data only if the employee of the company or institution requesting contact provides their own private telephone number and/or private e-mail address or the contact is initiated as an individual. In addition, the web management company that provides the technical background can access the data, but the web manager is not authorized to handle the data in any way.
After making contact, the owner of the website only handles personal data for as long as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the relationship, after which the data is deleted from its records.
2.2 Use of cookies
When you visit the website, a so-called cookie is placed on your computer, which provides technical assistance to the website provider. Some cookies are absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the site, others collect statistical information about the use of the website in order to make the site more convenient and useful for the user. You can also request a copy of the data.

Right to erasure: You may request that your data be deleted from the database within a reasonable period of time if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, or object to the processing of your data, or if your data has been processed unlawfully.
The right to restrict data processing: if for some reason you dispute that your data is being processed appropriately, you can restrict the use of your data until this is clarified.
The right to object: You can object to the processing of your data at any time, so in this case the training institution may no longer process your data.
